Is Road to Perdition good?

I thought it was a bit slow at times, but otherwise good. The way the story is set up (begining and end, especially) reminded me of A River Runs Through It.

it was horribly slow, but good in the end.

slow up to the point where 1 hour into the movie i was thinking *so what the heck's going on...* like i do in other movies for about 5-10 minutes.
