This is a stupid question, no offense. Of course it's not necessary! You don't even qualify your statement with something like, "for servers? for gamers that want to be totally l33t?" If it were necessary, wouldn't EVERYONE use it in their systems? To be necessary, the computers would have to NOT RUN without it.

I'm sorry, I don't like to just crap in people's threads, but you're going to have to at least qualify this question before I retract this statement.

This thread gets a 0.5/10. I would give it 0, but I've only given that to one thread, and it gave me the clap.
