Is Radiohead - The Bends, a good CD?

The bends truly is one of their greatest albums. It is up there with Ok Computer. The style of music between the two albums is different, so it's hard to pick one, but the bends is definately one of their greatest albums
 
cool. I sorta forgot about this one since i have OK Computer, Kid A, and Amnesiac. If it's anything like OK Computer that'll be awesome cuz that's my favorite radiohead CD.
 
The Bends is 2nd best IMO behind OK Computer. It's probably their most influential album as far as other bands copying their sound.
 
I love The Bends, but to me it is a distant second after OK Computer. I would rank them in the following order:

1) OK Computer
2) The Bends
3) Amnesiac
4) Kid A
5) I Might Be Wrong: Live Recordings
6) Pablo Honey
 
Baby's got the bends. 😀 This is far and by Radiohead's best record. OK Computer was good, and pablo honey was decent, but the Bends was heaven.

I wouldn't go THAT far - I actually think "Creep" is a great single, and there are some other gems as well (balanced out by a few clunkers).

Microsoft is crap.
 
"Itch" is actually my favorite radiohead recording, but I'm not sure if it counts. It has Faithless the wonder boy, Killer Cars, and Banana Co on it. All sweet songs.
 
The Bends is a good album. I would say great, but that wouldn't leave room for OK Computer. 😉 Pablo Honey is a bad album, no matter who it was made by. Kid A and Amensiac are wonderful albums but I think in the end they lack the emotional intensity of The Bends and OK Computer.
