Is R.Kelly going to court yet?

I've heard theres a video of him peeing on an underage girl. They were quick to send Michael Jackson to court so what is going on with this. Are the courts sending a message that it is ok to pee on people? This news came out about a year ago I think and I haven't heard anything about it since.

I've seen the Chappelle video and quite frankly I found it very amusing. But that is besides the point. Peeing on someone is one thing, but the girl in the video was underage.. Isn't that a crime???? Does nobody care???

I heard that the prosecution couldn't use the tape in its case because the police obtained it illegally or something. I'm not sure, but that's what I heard a while back.
