Is PSU sufficient?

I'm pretty sure this PSU is enough, but just making sure. The case that I'm buying comes with an Antec Smartpower 380W PSU. Do you think it can withstand the torture of the following system?

NEC ND-3520A
Seagate 120GB SATA

MSI Nforce4 Ultra
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 90nm
2x Corsair 512MB PC-3200
Sapphire X800
