Yes, actually, I talk to Network Admins, technicians, etc... people who should know these terms, and they arent any better than end users a lot of the time. I wouldnt look down on end users, they could be doctors, lawyers, etc, not computer guys/gals, but the people I talk to, and the people viper talks to, are paid to know what they are talking about. More than us, to be exact.
