Yesterday I was watching Food Network and one of the chefs said that Porterhouse is half filet minion and the other half is t-bone or NY steak.
Was he right?
edit: What cut of steak do you usually pick up when you guys are going to bbq?
I'm dead broke so I can't pick up anything tonight but I get paid on the 23rd which will mean I'll probably buy some groceries.
