Assuming I have a balanced meal throughout the day, does a peanut butter sandwich (wholesome peanut butter, not skippy, and 100% whole wheat) ruin the entire plan?
I'm just trying to find a way to have easy meals at work, without having to do to much preparation the night before, and not having to heat anything up.
By the way, like I said, this is with various meals throughout the day while I am at work (oatmeal, veggies, greek yogurt, protein bar or shake, etc etc).
Or should I just stay away from peanut butter?
