Is paypal down right now

I have been trying to access that since morning, not getting anywhere. is everybody having the same problem or is it me only.

For those of you who are having problems getting into paypal.

I GOT THROUGH!!! YAY!!!

GO TO: http://www.ebaypayments.com/

AND CLICK ON: "Click HERE to sign up for PayPal."

This gets you to the "Personal Account Sign Up - Just 1-Page!" site (URL: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_registration-run). Then you can click on the "Log In" link at the top right to get to your account.

Hi,

There were some site access issues early yesterday that should be resolved now (the problem was with specific ISP's---apparent router problem).

You can try to access by using the below in the future as well..

https://www.paypal.com (add an ?s? after the http).
