Is Pandora Radio for the elite among all the nations because the service is exclusively for Americans?

I feel special when I listen to Pandora since it's mainly available to Americans.

Tried Spotify. The fact that everyone gets it does not give me that same special feeling. Feels cheap since everyone can tune in.

What are your thoughts on this?

I don't know if it is dumbed down, but it can be described as speaking with your mouth full of potatoes, but we in scandinavia can understand each other pretty well, although some nuances are lost and most switch to English instead...
