Have you heard of this?

Never tried it, I have seen it plenty of times. Socal has no Mexicans, so I don't know why they even sell the other 2 drinks in the picture.

Horchata and Jamaica are very common in southern Arizona. Orange Bang is distributed here but much more rarely seen. Tamarindo is more common.

There's Jarritos around here which looks like it may be similar. It's not exactly common, but it's becoming more so over time as the Mexicans come.

Yes I see it all the time in hole in the wall Mexican restaurants.

Never in a chain place like Chipotle, Baja Fresh, or Rubio's

Orange Bang looks like Orange Julius - all the other flavors are common in the Mexican restaurants where the liquid is in constant motion.

Orange Bang's excellent with a lot of ice, Miguel's JR has it, and so do the 2 Hats I eat at. outside of those places it's really random to see it. It's not as good as an Orange Julius, but free refills are a plus and the fact I can get it at The Hat with my Pastrami sandwich makes it win.

It's been decades since I've seen a machine like that. They used to be a fixture at almost every place that sold food. They fascinated me as a kid :^)

Maybe I just don't see them. I don't go to malls anymore, and they don't appear at the types of diners they used to appear at.

I pretty much only see them at places with iced drinks (as in, crushed/shaved ice).
And that's the only time I've ever seen them.
