Is Opteron 165 with 0546 SPMW stepping any good?

I am thinking of purchasing an Opteron 165 with 0546 SPMW stepping.

I have heard people rave about the 0546 XPMW and them easily getting 2600 with 1.4 V.

Will I be able to easily achive that with the SPMW? Same week, but different day of production.
