She is responsible for pushing people towards "alternative" medicine and treatment modalities that simply don't work, some of which are harmful. She is responsible for the pain and suffering (and possibly deaths) of many people.

Is she evil? It depends. If she knows that these are bogus treatments, but she pushes them because they are proven to garner ratings for her, then yes, she is evil. If she genuinely believes that these treatments work then she is not evil, but she is gullible and stupid.
