Is occasional loud clicking bad on my 60GXP?

When I am transferring large amount of data from one partition to another, or when I am scanning the whole hard drive for virii, I get occasional loud clicks that last until the process is over. Is this normal? I've had 75GXP that wasn't doing this, but now I'm worried. What do you think? Does it do this for you?
 
I had this once on an IBM 34GXP, the click noise was basically the drive trying to start up over and over. Turned out the power connector was not quite in properly!

If this is not the case then this is NOT healthy, sorry!
 
when my harddrive started making clicking sound 3days later it died on me.also use scandisk and make sure it checks every sector thats how i knew it was going to die
