Is Newegg order process slow for anyone else?

Placed an order Monday evening. Charged to my account right away. As of this morning its still just listed as charged. Normally it would probably be out for delivery.

Anyone else order anything and still have it sitting?

Yup. My guess is that they got a crapload of black friday orders and do not have the staff to handle them. I placed two orders on Monday. One has shipped, the other is still listed as charged.

I knew I should have paid for the damn rush processing...no point in spending the money on 2nd day shipping otherwise.

I use the Newegg account for my orders so rush processing is included..so that didnt help haha.

they've been slow. ordered some mice last wednesday for early black friday sales. took two days to start the shipping heh. cyber monday stuff took a day before shipping as well, and that was an early morning order.

Same here, usually shipped same/next day (depending time of order) but last order took an extra couple days. Probably because of all the orders they got around Friday and Monday.

I didn't have any problems. I put in an order on Sunday night (wasn't anything on their Black Friday sale though) and it was showing shipped Monday morning and scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Dunno...but didn't seem like they missed a beat even with all that volume from the weekend.

They've always been slow for me. My last order didn't ship until the third business day, then took a further 13ish days to arrive

i placed an order on friday night. usually when you order, you get an immediate email confirming the purchase, that didn't happen, so, I placed the order again, thinking it didn't go through. well, it did go through eventually, but I was able to cancel one, though. so, no harm, no foul.

Their tracking system seems to be behind. I placed two orders on Monday morning. Both shipped Tuesday but one did not update as being shipped until today (Wednesday).

Ordered Monday 9 am (with 10% BCB) charged 2 hour later, shipped Tuesday morning and expected delivery Thursday via UPS ground. Shipping from Memphis, TN to Chicago, IL. Not bad, considering the volume of orders they had Black Friday, weekend and Cyber Monday.

After black friday things will be slower then usual, zipzoomfly shipped their black friday deals in one day though which surprised the hell out of me. It took 8 days to get here though which kinda defeated the fast process time.

I apologize for this late reply and on that note, I apologize for the slower than normal processing that some are experiencing.
