Is Newegg down?

It's down again! It's been acting awfully squirrely for a good week now. And another site I frequent has been down for the past few hours.
 
Newegg's slow, vonage is extremely slow, a few other sites are slow or down.... maybe we're having another Level3.net-type fallout between providers?
