I've looked here in France. And from user reports and their own website, neither in the UK, Germany, Benelux to name a few.
Seriously, if you create an alledged briliant IPS screen, and most of the times NEC screens score mediocre at most... at least make sure that your good screens are actually available.

Now I have to find another 'best 24" ' to replace my dodgy Samsung.

have you actually tired to..hmm i dunno.. maybe contact nec and see who might be selling them over there?
