Good luck and let us know how it turns out. Did you overclock your card or stress it in any way? I was just wondering if normal wear and tear caused your card to die.

No no O..C what so ever. I didn't needed for O.C. I was happy with factory performance.
However I did notice from last 6 months or so, My system use to reboot; with no
good reason, usally watching Hi-Def disc (HDD or Blue Ray) I thought it was Cyberlink or
me having some to do with HDCP crap
Every 6 month or so I use to blow the use dust mites ;) out.
Tiger Direct had hell of a Time re printing the invoice; cause it was OLD System blah blah........ I told them I can read the TIME, Date, Name, Address, and order number; so go manualy look. I didn't had to come to them if my invoice ink didn't faded out. Some how miraculously  manager was able to print the invoice out. I am going to upload and see what EVGA can do for me. I think I am hopping for EVGA to do some thing which most EVGA Customers has swear by; let see

Time to $hit Bricks.
They approved the RMA.
They have bended their own rules; when they didn't have too.
Yes they have WON me for a lifetime.
They have DONE some which I didn't expect them to honner it.
I must say they have a GOLD standards and I do belive my decision to spend 1/2 grand with EVGA was perfect.
Now this is the company I would love to brag and stand back on their after sales Cx services.
Bravo EVGA BRAVO :awe:

Actually No I didn't speak them till I posted here!
I did speak to them afterword; there is a light grim of chance they look into it.
Suppose to case to case bases!
Yes I didn't read that PDF file; which is in the CD

Weird mine was on a small printed piece of paper with mine.

Now was it really that hard to talk to them? You don't bash a company before actually trying to work with them...

In all honesty I didn't like their policy for registration. Perhaps it is defecto now.
As You can read all my post I never question their Cx support.
I doublt my belives they will do it. Cause every thing was in their favor to say NO to me.
But they didn't. They were reached out for me.
Yes indeed they have WON ME forever
It was not hard at all.
They were honest and quick (which was music to my ear)

Also note that you have to register the card again once you receive RMA. Do this each time you RMA, within 30 days also, otherwise your lifetime warranty is void.

I rma'd my 8800GTX and received a replacement that died the next day. I love EVGA though, best RMA service if you follow their rules.

just an FYI, all EVGA cards now come with a notice on the box about requiring you to register your product with them before they will honor the lifetime warranty. if for some reason they dont, all video cards i have ever bought from any manufacturer came with a card inside detailing warranty information. always check to make sure you didnt miss anything when purchasing something for which you may want warranty support in the future

They have some of the best customer service, but they won't bend over backward for you multiple times. Next time, just register, and they'll take care of you. If they never have the card in B-stock, then they'll upgrade you to the next refurbished equivalent.

Got the replacement 8800 GTS 640. It has a 30 day warrantty.
It did got some stain damages on the box in the shipment, but
no Damage to card it self (At least visable)

This one also had a artifacts.
This one has 3-4 second delay blue sparking grid lights
LvL 2 tech guy think it might by system is Over Voltaging cause
12 shows 12.429, and he thinks sweet spot is 11.9 to 12.3
However he is going to RMA this one cause I do not have and another P/S or other PCIe video card to tested.
