Is my video card at fault?

It has been working fine for one day and then suddenly I opened up Starcraft II and:

1. Flashing black screens.
2. Strange Artifacts followed by black screens and computer hang/crashed.

I tried to reboot and it would freeze at the windows logo and then it reboots automatically to the windows logo and then start over. Basically like a cycle.
sometimes it wouldn't even recognize my monitor.


Using a Corsair CX 600w PSU with a Asus M5a97 R2.0 motherboard.

The video card is a EVGA GTX 760

I would try to reformat just to be sure. Maybe you have a corrupted OS. Sometime when it freezes at the Windows logo leads to a broken OS.

Except that my computer boot fine now that I am using a video card from my old computer.
