Having said that, it seems like you made some *very* solid progress for 1 year of work. Adding 115lbs to your bench, 175lbs to your squat and 215lbs to your deadlift is nothing to scoff at, and your 1RM numbers are certainly further along than mine were after the first year (although I stupidly didn't start squatting/deadlifting until a few years in). Unfortunately, it's not likely you'll be able to keep this rate up, but depending on your age, height/weight, and genetics, you may be putting up some beastly numbers in a few years.
