i cant believe it either when i have only a volcano 2 hsf!

but i used cpucool 7.0.9, HMonitor 4.0.3.1,MotherBoard Monitor 5 and MBProbe and they all say the same.

Does you BIOS have a health and monitoring section where it displays all of the temps/voltages/fan RPMs? If it does, reboot your machine and check the numbers if they agree with MBM 5 then it would be correct (but I doubt it as 22 C seems way too low). Most people get around 35 - 50 C range. Check to make sure you configured the MBM sensors correctly.

Ya that could be your mobo temp, i can get around 24C idle using the KT266 tweak, but my normal is 30C with casual mp3 playing and surfing.

NewCompGeek forgot to tell us that he lives in Northern Canada where the ambient temperature is -30 degrees on a warm day :D

my bios has a health status and it only shows the rpm
