Is my router bricked? D-link 615 n

I went to plug in another lan port and everything stopped working. I tried rebooting, resetting, and a 30/30/30 reboot of the router. I can't get into the router with 192.168.0.1 (default. i haven't changed it). Is it possible I gave it a static shock from the outside??

power light comes on, 1st lan light comes on and blinks

tried multiple in case i was wrong. 192.168.0.1 is what it was before, and it's the default after i reset it. is there anything else I can do if I can't access it?

Honestly, I'd call dlink support.

Unless you somehow created a loop. Remove all connections but a single LAN port to a PC, NOTHING else, reboot and try again.

how do I know if there is a "loop"? i can't ping the router either.

the internet light flashes and the lan lights flash as well...

Are all the lights on the front flashing in sync, all of them? That happened to a refurb Netgear router that I was installing for someone, a week later, and it turned out to be toast.
