I am currently using Intel Core 2 duo 6400 with Arctic freeze 7 pro with arctic silver 5 and Gigabytes Ds3 board. Today I just overclock the ssytem to 2663 mhz. On Easy tune 5, it say the system temperature is 45 c and cpu is 35c, not bad sicne i just over clock from 2.13 mhz to 2.66mhz, however, when I turn on Core Temp, it said that Core 0 is at 48c and Core 1 is 50c. /this is 15 c difference, which one should I believe in?

your Easytune is reporting cpu temperture reported by the mobo which has high rate of being wrong. I would trust Core temp much more because it reads from the cpu register directly instead of depending on mobo.
my speedfan reports cpu temp and core temp which are about 10c apart. the 1 core temperature reported by speedfan is about the average i get from Core Temp, so I say speedfan is pretty accurate, why don't you try speedfan too and see what happens.

Core Temp is the accurate temp, & yes, it's fine.

When your loads temps are over 70C, i might start getting more worried.
