Yes she is cute, No she is not hot! But as many have said already its what you think and there are more important things in a girl than just looks.
 
i find her attractive, but that's just me...

She needs something to accentutate her eyes... they're big, but they have no depth...

other then that, i'd bring her home to mom..

she takes a fine pic. I'm sure she is a lot more attractive in 3D as most people are. She probably has guys falling all over her. good or bad, total waif. 😉
 
Hmmm, let's see if there is any correlation between race and thinking your girlfriend is cute/hot/attractive.

I'm Chinese and I find her extremely attractive.
 
She's, like, on the verge of becoming a serious hottie. You know, like that person you knew in high school, who was cute but nothing still average, but then you see them again after like 10 years, and they have become truly beautiful. (Either that, or it's our own standards have fallen in those 10 years) 🙂

Seriously, I'd like to see her in another 5-10 years. I'd be willing to bet that she would be much improved.

And I suck as Photoshop, so I'd probably end up giving her green hair instead of blonde. 🙂
