Hi!
Will go ahead with my issue.

I been working on pc a couple days already. It wont turn on even CPU and video card fan are working.

Tried the following but no joy:
1. replaced power supply
2. re-seat RAM and video card.
3. powered on without ram hoping to get RAM error.
4. powered on without video card hoping to get video card error.

System:
Windows 7
Athlon 2.8
2GB RAM

Your help is highly appreciated.
Thanks!

thanks sandorski
this is 4 year old computer and I am afraid that replacement is not available.

M-ATX AM2 boards are available for $40-$50. Why wouldn't one of those work? This must not be a standard form factor board?

Have you tried taking the battery out of the MB? I was having major problems with my PC recently not booting and it worked after I took the battery out and flushed the bios.

This is definitely worth a try.
