Yes he is a cute cat. Fat cats are, but you better put him on a diet or suffer the results.

My old cat had jaundice due to a bad liver caused by her excess fat. She was 22 lbs. The vet told us that it was directly related to her obesity. She got to the point she couldn't clot blood. One day I came home and blood was coming out of her nose a little bit. I didn't know what happened, though maybe she fell off something and hit it. Anyway she seemed like she didnt have any energy, so I took her to the vet and that is when we noticed the yellowness to her eyes and stuff. After some tests she was diagnosed with a failing liver and within a few days we had to put her down. I loved that cat very much and it was a terrible day to go through. Anyway, if you care about your cat you better get him on a diet before it is too late. It is very hard to do, but you must.
