I can use it @1,33 (10x133) and @1,4 (10x140) but I can't use it @1,4 (10,5x133) or 1,45 (10x145)
am I an unluck guy?

Well, I use my AXIA0109 1.33@1.5 and the chip alone maxes out at about 1530MHz, but I wouldn't say you are an unlucky person, just be happy to have a TBird running, that is 50 MHz faster than the fastest stock processor!

is it unlocked? If it is not unlocked you wont be able to run at 10.5 until you unlock it...
