It's a 1700+ I had from AMD in guarentee for my tbird 1400 witch blew..
All I know about that is..

AX = Thoroughbred(a)
AXDA= Thoroughbred(b)
???? = Palomino
(im not even sure about that)

Heres what is written on it

Oh I noticed the difference on the images. The core of the processor is a square. And if you look at the picture the thoroughbred is smaller and is a rectangle.

OK thanks

I asked a similar question a couple of weeks ago. Here's what I know:

1. AXDA is Thoroughbred, AX is Palomino.
2. Thoroughbred A/B is determined by the core; your core is AROIA, which is a Palomino core.
3. The 0227 means it was built in '02 in the 27th week, which is the first week of July.

palomino = 0.18µ
thoroughbred(a) = 0.13µ

thoroughbred(b) = 0.13µ.. And has some more advantage like 1 more metal layer on the core and produces less heat, witch make revision B a lot more overcloackable from the revision(a)
