Is my Abit KT7A-RAID bad?

I recently bought an Abit KT7A-RAID along with a 1.2ghz Athlon (200 mhz fsb). The problem I'm getting is that I keep getting POST beepcodes. I initially thought it was the ram so I took it out and put in another stick, it still beeped. I then thought it was the video card so I took out the video card and stuck in another. It still beeped at me. I've remove the peripherals, cleared the CMOS and now I'm out of ideas. Should I take it back or is there something I can do?

I would say that the MB is bad, go get an exchange.

Your chip fan MUST BE PLUGGED INTO FAN HEADER 1! Other wise you will get beeps and it will shut down.

I think you have a bad board. RMA it.
