Is my +12 Volt line too low for my P4?

right now its at 11.65.. when overclocked... this is a 300W ennemax non P4 PS. It worked great on my old CuSL2... I'm using EZ Plug right now but its not that stable when overclocked... the highest i can get my 1.8A is 125*133. Do you guys think its cuz of my PS?

I was wonderin the exact same thing. The core and 12v reading fluctuate too much for me.The 12v will go between 12.09 to 11.5 and the core from 1.5 to 1.62 constantly in the bios and in PC Probe. What do you guys think?

Well I'm at 2.128GHz with my P4 (Willamette) and the +12 line's lowest reading was 11.92v. My core voltage is set at 1.8v and the lowest it drops to is 1.72v and the highest is 1.79v. But I have an Enermax 431W PSU.
