Is MSI K7 Pro2A ATA 100? If not how do i make it ATA 100?

I have a quantum 40 gig hard drive that is ATA 100. HOw do i know that it is running at ATA 100 and not 66.

While you are waiting for a complete answer concerning HOW to set it up properly, I will go ahead and answer that yes, the Pro2A supports ATA-100. Hook your HDrive into the appropriate ATA-100 connector on your mobo (should be in the manual).

From there, however, I don't know what to do to specifically make sure it's at ATA-100. (I don't have this motherboard...YET).
