both are from russia. allofmp3 is safe in giving out your CC number, but i wonder if mp3search is safe as well. of course allofmp3 will be closing down, and prolly mp3search in the near future

They actually did a dramatic site redesign a few months ago. The money in my account, which had been there for about two years, stayed intact. Good stuff.

Legit in what sense? Yes they give you the content for the prices they list with no DRM in good quality mp3 format. Does the recording mafia see any of the money you give them? Probably not.

Info on what's happening with allofmp3 i assume the same will happen with mp3search.ru soon.

Songwriters and bands don't see any money either, and purchases also don't help bands get support, airplay and new advances / record deals from the record mafia.

It's not ethical, unless you're the exception that really does get money to the bands you download the music of in some other way (concerts, t-shirts, etc.) to make up for the warezing.
