BTW, your company sits on this order for a week. When I called for an update status, I was told that I would have to wait a month because the item is out of stock. Next day, I received an e-mail indicating that my order has been shipped.

Well, I have no issues with Monarch right now (received refund a few days ago), but I'd just like to say that I think you should hire some more people or something, because it seems to take forever for you to ship things out and/or give refunds (10-15 days?). It seems obvious you only have a few people, since half the time when I call I get the same person. Monarch's prices are great, but I am reluctant to buy from you again because of how long it seems to take to get anything done.
 
my last 2 orders from monarch took too long IMO. i try to save on CA sales tax when i can. i'll try ZZF next though.
