Is Microsoft and Hotmail down?!?!

Microsoft.com and Hotmail.com do not work for me! and neither does msn messenger! :|

Can anyone check if its just my connection?

Edit: NM - They weren't earlier. Seems to be fine now...

I think hotmail stopped .NET participating. right. That error is on my XP machine but doesn't happen in 2kpro or 98se. I tried windowsupdating and changing security settings. Nothing's worked so far.

*Newsflash: My trouble had to do with cookie handling after I installed Googlebar 2.0. I uninstalled it, yet the cookie setting stayed the same.*
