Is may ancient HP scsi card worth keeping?

The ISA bus SCSI card that came with my HP ScanJet 3p is still working with the scanner, but will it work for something newer like a zip drive or ????, or is it a museum piece now?

good luck getting it to work with any hardware in windows 2000.

windows 2000 pretty much doesn't support any isa cards, but if its something like a adaptec ada1355 scsi card or some other oem kind I don't see why it wouldn't wotk with a zip drive in windows 98 or something...

I have a Scanjet 5P, and the docs are pretty adamant about not using the card with anything other than the scanjet. Specifically, it says "The HP interface card provided with the scanner is not designed or tested for use with any equipment other than a single HP scanner. HP does not support the use of this card with SCSI devices other than HP scanners."

Of course, that may just be for their own protection, but I wouldn't get my hopes up about the card being useful for anything else. I especially wouldn't be optimistic about it working with some sort of chain of devices.
