is lindsay a unisex name?

So I am doing mock trial this year and I am reading over the witness statements to learn the case. Every year they make sure that all the witnes names are unisex so that they can be played by a guy or a girl. then I came across Prosecution Witness Lindsay White!
I have never come across a man named lindsay. have any of you?

I have. Not sure how it was spelled, but it was a guy named Lindsey/Lindsay.

What other "unisex" names do they have? I'm having a hard time coming up with any.
 
yes it can be. I also personally knew a Dana who was male. Honest truth... he dated a Toni.
 
Mock trial ALWAYS using unisex names. The lamest thing I have ever seen is this case where the witnss was clearly a guy (with unisex name though). So what the other team did was put a girl in that role. So our opening statements, objections, etc, said "He saw this, he did that" and they would giggle each time we made the mistake. Lame.

Ah, I didn't catch that one. I got the Quagmire gay thing. Didnt' catch the unisex name though. And that episide was on last night too.
