Is Kmart overrun by idiots?

I was searching for the number of a Kmart in North Carolina. I called it, and got this "The cellular number you are dialing has been disconnected or blah blah blah...." OK - so I call their national "customer service" line.

The first idiot said - I'm sorry, but that is the number we have, and there is nothing we can do about it... *CLICK*
Undeterred, I called back - Idiot #2 said, "I;m sorry about what Idiot #1 said. We will try to research the problem and get an answer for you.

I was like WTF? It is a phone number... :disgust:

So I log onto yahoo.com and I get the correct phone number. I call Idiot #3 who thanks me...

Is it any wonder why Kmart is in bankruptcy?

Does anyone here shop there if they can possibly avoid it?

I used to work at Wal-Mart in HS, and trust me, they are no better. I shop at Kmart more than wal-mart now, just because there are less people in a Kmart now, easy in , easy out
