It seems to me that the rough guy is trying his best to go legit and wants to get into MMA real bad.
Rumor has it he has a family and wants to do right by them.
Also several big names have come forward offering to train Kimbo if he is truly wants to become a legitimate MMA fighter.

Also I have heard it said that Dana White was amazed at Kimbo`s work ethic and the way Kimbo listened to everything that others were trying to teach him!

What do you think?

I think that most people that have been watching Kimbo come up through MMA and ultimately, TUF, know that he's a decent guy. He seems relatively humble, well spoken with only minor ghettoness, good work ethic, and he just loves to fight. He needs a lot of training, as we witnessed in yesterday's episode, but I think he'll soak in all of the information and eventually become a well-rounded fighter.

The guy's going to be a crazy draw for fans so it's in the organization's best interest to try to turn him into a decent fighter. That's why they're probably not going to kick him off the show. If the guy goes .500 for his MMA career it will be good enough, but at his age (35) regardless of the camp he trains with he'll never be a top contender let alone hold a title in a top-flight MMA organization. I could see him fighting in a two-fight contract for the UFC, and after they've rode his popularity out he could move on to fight in a DREAM or Strikeforce, if either are still around. I just doubt the guy's got 5-7 elite level fights in him.

I don't know his background but it takes years and years of cross training and god bless his sole, he has a long way to go... the marketers are really eating him up and selling him out
