Is KBB.com new car pricing accurate?

Just curious. It seems like its inflated a bit, IE I could get it a bit cheaper or much cheaper than the price they list.

I know I'm looking at a couple used Lightnings right now and the KBB price is about $2-4K higher than the edmunds TMV.
