is jimmy falon stealing more material?

so, I accidentally turned to NBC just now and Falon's doing some skit about combining two failing magazines into one funny magazine.... which I'm positive was in Vanity Fair like 2 months ago.
 
The real question is, does anybody really think jimmy falon is funny enough to warrant a complaint? He steals material and STILL can't be funny.
