Look. A missing back plate is one thing because it's a problem that was caused by the manufacturer. It's a whole other thing when one intentionally screws up his/her card and returns it in the same manner as such, and expecting a perfectly new card in return.
In your last few threads that you made complaining about performance problems, I linked you to the XG 77.62 Type 3's. Try them as they're wonderful with performance. And I wouldn't start worrying about the card, really. If it plays the games you want to play without difficulty, then I don't think there's a problem with it. The more you look for problems, the more they're going to haunt you.
(And please try typing your posts with periods at the end of sentences. It's really hard trying to follow a post with just "..."'s between thoughts, as not everyone takes a "thought pause," if you will, where you do.)
