in almost every p/s i've seen that has a connector it's been a 2 pin. otherwise it's just soldered to the board. i've snipped them (being VERY careful and having lots of experience doing so <- don't blame me disclaimer) and just run a four pin out thru the hole with the other wires in the past. i haven't been in a true power so i'm not sure what you'd be looking at.

Seems a bit hokey to me. Why not just solder/heat shrink the wires from the fan to the connector? Did it putting panaflos in my Enermax and worked just fine![]()
