Yeah go 6850, the GTX 460 does better on high end CPU's. A Phenom II x4 would show you some amazing gains and if you get a BE edition overclocking would be extremely simple for you. I'm waiting on the x6 to drop to $150 but there's no guarantee it'll be dropping anytime soon.

Thanks everyone!

Well, I took the plunge and got the GTX 460 1gb ..

Before installing / running the GTX 460, sometimes, it was hard to see
that the cpu was struggling due to the lower settings I had to suffice with because of the Radeon 4560.. Now, I can see it .. lol

I can turn everything up and I definitley can see the difference with the two cards; I guess I could compare this to when I switched from a mechanical hard drive to the ssd.. Night and day difference!
