Is it worth it to go macbook or just get a cheap g4?

right now i got a g4 1.33 and its running osx .

is that really good enough to learn the os or is a macbook much different os wise?

It is the same OS, keep using the G4 to see if you like the OS, then decide if you need more oomph for what it is that you like to do.

I still use my 12" G4 powerbook all the time, even though I use a macbook pro and mac pro at work. It's definately good enough to get your feet wet (and get you hooked on mac)

MacBook could run Windows OS as well.
