Is it worth 19 bucks for AGKGA core on Athlon XP cpu?

At www.bzboys.com, where I am gonna buy all this stuff tommorow, they have an Athlon XP 1800 for 127 which is a pretty good price for OEM. I am gonna get it, but they also offer an upgrade on the core to AGKGA. Do you think its worth it to get this, or should I just not get it? My goal with this CPU is just to get to 2000XP status if possible. Would this upgraded core make it easier? When I get the mobo+cpu in a combo, and add it to my cart, for the upgrade core section, there is another choice AGKGA 3rd Line Y for like 27. I heard thats good? SO is it worth it to get anything at all, and just take what I get, or should I aim to pay the extra for the easier OC ability. Thanks.
 
Its worth it if you plan to o/c it. Do the math, a 2000xp cost around $220. The upgrade chip cost $147. That $70 cheaper. Ofcourse there is still no gurantee that you can o/c to 2000xp level but it worth a shot.
