Women have less heart attacks because they bleed monthly? It's like they are getting their blood changed out like an oil change. But men don't bleed so we got the same dirty old blood all the time.

Your parents signed the waiver to excuse you from all the biology and health classes in school, didn't they?

Because education = Devil

Although we are usually physically stronger (testosterone), it is also one of the reasons we men live less long. If i am not mistaken. An engine on nitro is going to have more horse power but also puts a strain on the whole system. And women give birth and take care of the offspring. So evolutionary it is better for the species if women live longer and spread their knowledge. That is, if they do not get dementia or get burned as a witch or convicted to stoned to death by some frustrated dumbo.

yeah. donate more blood for the same effect.

Most men and women can benefit by donating blood three or four times a year. The good thing is in such cases the person who needs a transfusion also benefits. The classic win-win situation.

this plays into my theory that the human heart is born with a predetermined amount of beats that it can do

its not an exact number but like a ballpark

like person A's heart might be good for 4.5-5 billion beats

person B's got genetic heart disease his ticker will max out at 3-3.5 billion beats

you cant add to that number, it is your genetic max, and anything you do like smoking, drugs takes away from that number

and if you exercise, you are increasing your heart rate so you will go through those beats faster

so you get stronger and look better in the short term but you pay for it because you made your heart work harder so you are gonna die a few years sooner most likely
