The system won't boot. It happened when I tried to open. Is it possibly the CPU, which is a 300a Celeron @450, on BX-6 V2. I am not getting starting beep either. What do I do to check and resolve.

Check the RAM and CPU is securely seated, also check if that RAM actually still works if possible on another PC
 
Yes I do have power. I noticed a few weeks ago, if I did not shut down it would stay on and later maybe the next day it would be shut off when I went to use the system. All the power was on, but the system was off. If I restarted the system it went on fine
 
Put in different RAM. I just had some RAM go bad and it would not boot into any visible screen, just a couple of beeps.
