Is it something I did wrong?

It was most likely just a glitch. I haven't seen that before. Please let us know if you encounter the same message again.

I've seen that too but it was a year or two ago. Sometimes forum software can restrict you from scrolling, blowing up a thread, I think.

Xenforo has a specific setting in the ACP that allows admins to set a certain number of seconds users must wait between creating two posts. This avoids posts with three words that create a thread resembling a chat room.

HA
Just got a
"Oops! We ran into some problems.
You must wait at least 15 seconds before performing this action."
message.
And got a
"Oops! We ran into some problems.
You must wait at least 69 seconds before performing this action."
writing This message. lol

Just got the same message ... except it said "Wait at least 133 seconds."

It appeared when I was trying to follow up my post to a thread with another post, maybe 20 seconds after my first post. Guess they have a timer between posts. Really slows down the forum.
(though maybe posting a second time to the same thread triggered it.)

It happened to me two more times within ten minutes in this thread and another. I gave up the forums for the day. Let's see how it goes ...
