Yeah it sure is lately. It's been on decline for years but it does seem worse these days.

I've been spending more time reading questions and answers at Quora. Of course the old time waste standby Wikipedia is always there.
 
I remember when I first found this forum. By the time I got done reading page 1 of Off Topic, I could refresh the page and see entirely different threads. It was so active back then.
 
I can't see this board going down much further if it has ... tho others boards have lately gone to almost zero ... too many members here hopefully 🙂
