Is it safe to run DDR3 @1.65V 24/7?

I'm looking for DDR3-2400 memory for a while but all of them ask for 1.65V to run properly. I have entry-level board (Gigabyte F2A68HM-DS2) that allows memory clock and voltage alteration but I don't know whether it will be safe to have 1.65V on it 24/7.
Any opinion on this?

I have had my G.Skill Ripjaws X DDR3-2400 kit running at 1.65V 24/7 since late 2015, though on a Z97 board.

Generally, the RAM-maker has a warranty policy tied to a voltage limit on the RAM. There is a range of voltage settings for which warranty remains valid, and I'm fairly sure that a kit showing 1.65V to run at spec is within that range.

Back around 2008, Crucial Ballistix kits (or their variant with LEDs) were spec'd to run up to a certain voltage. I and many others would run up the voltage to just within a hair of that limit, but the sticks would eventually fail anyway. For that reason, I try to get the highest speed, tightest latencies and lowest voltage, to run the kits at spec.

I probably will buy from this manufacturer (Team), are they good? I used to use Gskill and Corsair products, but as hi-speed DDR3 becomes scarce, Team still looks readily available. There are also some used RipjawsX, will I fare better with that one?

After some research, I also found some fried board issues tied to 1.65V RAM (mostly came from SandyBridge user). Is it still a thing on newer board? Do I need to give more attention to memory's VRM?

I have some Gskill Trident memory 2000mhz that has a default voltage of 1.65v Should be no problem.
